        franz ferdinand has some cool songs.  mowgli's barking at the door.  i just think about this thing from 10:30 to 7:00 pm and it's so hard to pretend there's something else.  i have a show on sunday oct. 9 but who cares?  let's just keep winning games.

   my publicist told me if i wanted a separate yankees blog he could do that but could i please write something here that related to my music.  so here goes:

yankee dominance continues

is anyone gonna read this?  hey bird - we need to change the colors of the site very drastically.  there's way too much blackness. i know i used to love it, but times they are a changing, as Elery Abreu said at the Democratic National Convention in 1969.  boy was he ever right.  some say, the era of love ended on that spooky august night.  either way, what was i talking about...anyway, there are a lot of new songs coming out.  they might be on an album, though.  these are top secret songs.  the FBI doesn't know about them.  now they know they exist, but not what they sound like. when they hear them, they'll dance.  yanks have won 8 of their last 10 games and 6 in a row.  that makes me reeeeeaaaaaal happy.  elongated quality of happiness happy.  i just finished writing a song.  check the site because we are going to put up lots of oldies from the college era.  there bird, i wrote something.  now give me back my pants.  actually - it's funny you should mention that - because on friday i took a pair of boxers & socks from your drawer cause mine were..........
