Flower or a feather makes a lovely decorated flip flop extravaganza. If you put a big flower in the center you could put the small flowers to a string leading to it. And as far as the feather is concerned, you could draw a bird on the flip flop and make it look like the feather is a part of its tail.
Now that you have a gist of it, there is nothing stopping you from making your own decorated flip flops but the borders of your imagination.
